Darren's career traces a rare arc — from vocational school and military service to global infrastructure leadership and elected public office. He enlisted in the Ohio Air National Guard in the weeks following September 11, later commissioning as a U.S. Navy officer, serving alongside special operations and engineering teams overseas and leading Naval sustainment operations across the Washington, D.C. region. He received military honors including commendations from Joint Special Operations Command and recognition from the Secretary of the Navy for valor.
Before founding his current firm in 2013, Darren served as President of a prior infrastructure firm leading projects across the United States, North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Today he directs a global network spanning five continents while serving his community as an elected Council Member.
